Solidarity projects (third ESC action) We refer to projects developed and implemented by groups of at least five young European Solidarity Corps participants who aim at facing the main problems and challenges of their local community. After their projects are approved, these organisations will be able to access the pool of participants to select young people that could be best suited to join the project. The training activity aims to support and build up the capacities of organizations that actively participate in volunteering actions of the European Solidarity Corps, in order to ensure quality and Impact in the respective projects. The European Solidarity Corps (ESC) aims to foster solidarity in European society, engaging young people and organisations in accessible and high-quality solidarity activities. European Solidarity Corps projects will cover a wide variety of topics but all will be within the mission of the European Solidarity Corps and meet its principles.You can choose a project in many different fields, ranging from protection of the environment, through arts and culture, activities with children, young people or the elderly, heritage, to sports and leisure.
